Our Drawstring Rethreading Service is perfect for dancers looking to refresh the fit and feel of their pointe shoes without replacing the shoes themselves. We will carefully remove the original drawstring and replace it with your choice of either a traditional cotton drawstring or a stretchy elastic-style drawstring based on your personal preference and fit needs.

Stretchy drawstrings are a popular option for dancers who prefer a smoother fit and less pressure across the Achilles tendon, while cotton drawstrings provide a more traditional secure feel.

Please note: this service fee covers labor only and does not include the cost of the replacement drawstring. Replacement drawstrings must be purchased separately or provided with your shoes, or can be used from an old pair of pointe shoes.
