Refund policy

At Dancewear Center, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We gladly accept eligible returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise in new, sellable condition.

Refunds

Eligible merchandise returned within 7 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original form of payment.

Store Credit

Eligible merchandise returned between 8 and 30 days of purchase will receive store credit.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Be in new, sellable condition
• Include all original tags
• Be returned in their original packaging and/or box

Items returned after 30 days, returned in unsellable condition, or missing original packaging may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Online Returns

All online return requests must be initiated by emailing info@dancewearcenter.net. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Dancewear Center is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Pointe Shoes

Due to the specialized nature of pointe shoes and our fittings, all pointe shoe sales are considered final once the shoes have been worn, sewn, altered, or otherwise modified.

Pointe shoes that have been sewn, worn, danced in, marked, darned, shellacked, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Finding the right pointe shoe is an individualized process, and many dancers work through multiple styles and models before determining which shoes best support their needs. A pointe shoe that is ultimately determined not to be the right fit is not considered defective and does not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

If you believe your pointe shoes are defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact Dancewear Center promptly. Defective merchandise may be eligible for review by the manufacturer and will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's policies and procedures.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Tights
• Underwear
• Dance belts
• Special-order merchandise
• Custom-order merchandise
• Personalized items
• Sale merchandise
• Clearance merchandise
• Pointe shoe services

Socks and body care products may only be returned if unopened and unused.

Services

Services, including but not limited to pointe shoe fitting fees, sewing services, and other completed services, are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Dancewear Center reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
