Abandoned order policy
Abandoned Orders
Orders placed for in-store pickup, special or custom orders, group orders, mobile delivery, or custom services (including but not limited to sewn pointe shoes) must be picked up, claimed, or otherwise arranged for delivery within 30 days of notification that the order is ready.
Customers will be notified via email and/or phone when their order is available. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that contact information is accurate and to arrange timely pickup or delivery.
If an order remains unclaimed after 30 days and we have not received communication from the customer, Dancewear Center reserves the right to:
• Cancel the order
• Return items to active inventory
• Retain any non-refundable deposits, service fees, or applicable charges
• Charge a restocking fee where applicable
Custom, special-order, sewn, personalized, or otherwise non-returnable items are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or store credit.
Dancewear Center may, at its sole discretion, grant extensions to the pickup period when arrangements have been made in advance. Granting an extension in one instance does not obligate Dancewear Center to grant extensions in future situations.
Dancewear Center reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an order is considered abandoned.
By placing an order for in-store pickup, special or custom order merchandise, group orders, mobile delivery, or custom services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Abandoned order policy.
